After spending a year with one realty company that was unsuccessful, we switched to Chey Perrin
My family made the difficult decision to sell a 442 acre ranch that has been in our family for four generations. The property showcased a 15 foot water fall on the Blanco River so beautiful that commercials for Mountain Dew, Google, Jeep, and others were filmed there.
Ownership was divided between four individuals. Perhaps, I should mention that these four individuals did not get along so well! Also worth mentioning is the fact that our property had some major issues involving right of way and years of neglect, to name a few.
After spending a year with one realty company that was unsuccessful, we switched to Chey Perrin at Anders Realty. Chey is the consummate professional. He knows his stuff and he is always available to talk or answer questions. He wasted no time in preparing advertising and developing clients to look at our property. It was shown more times during the first 3 months than in the previous year. During the Memorial Day Flood of 2015, the bridge (and only access to our property) was washed away. He was able to salvage a sale that was on the verge of falling apart due to the flood devastation.
Chey was able to keep all family members updated on a regular basis and resolve problems between family members when necessary. I sometimes wondered if he had a social worker background in addition to his realty expertise. The sale was completed and everyone walked away happy. I would highly recommend Chey to you because he is an awesome real estate agent and trust me, he can handle your situation no matter what it might involve.
