When we decided the time had come to sell our beloved ranch property we began by interviewing real-estate agents in the Hill Country. We had a particular approach in mind that would maximize exposure.

We had estimated a probable selling period of 12 to 18 months but with your expertise that was shortened to 3 months without any loss to the asking price.
